Delivery date was too distant, a Most a whole month

Although the customer support in the store was excellent, answering all of our queries, the order confirmation did not have all the details of what we had ordered. When the product was delivered, there was no detailed delivery note showing what exactly had been delivered. We are not stupid! We would like product numbers and details so we can check we got what we ordered.

Only 1 member of staff working at the time but he was very helpful even though there was more than one customer waiting to place an order

The staff member was really friendly and helpful but I don't tend to say highly satisfied to much! The service was good.

The building was to hot and also you have to pay for delivery but can't pick up from store for free
