Lead time on delivery

I asked John the assistant if there was any discount partly as my wife was registered disabled, he stated there would have been if we had purchased a bed and mattress, but he would have a look. No further mention was made about it when we went to his desk to pay, but he did ask if I wanted the old mattress collected and/or did we wish to take out insurance for the care package, both of course at extra expense. I personally was greatly disappointed that we were not offered some discount for what we paid.

The delivery times as I work til 3pm and on the specific delivery days I am working

Two points. One, lack of a lift - I find stairs difficult. Two, your staff really should not address customers as 'sweetheart'.

As you were advertising up to 50% reductions, I believe one bed had no reduction

I am very happy with my purchase. and you should be happy with satisfied. there is always room for improvment. I never give 5 stars unless something is special.

I was satisfied as we bought what we when out to buy we pointed to the products we were interested in and were aloud to test the products which is the service I would expect no more no less.
