We visited the store to look for a particular manufacture's mattress and found it difficult initially to identify the manufacturer on the signage. The store assistant was more than helpful in pointing us in the right direction which eventually resulted in a purchase.

As with everything there is always room for improvement. If I was being picky I thought range of bed-heads was limited.

I had to wait a week for my item delivered. Everything else made my visit a very positive experience.

Only criticism I have is I made an error with the day that I wanted the product delivered. I went back into the store to ask to change the delivery date. The man who arranged my order assured me that he would amend the order when he'd finished with the customer he was seeing. I then received a text message the following day telling me that my order would be arriving on the original day so I had to phone the store and ask them again to amend the delivery date for me.

I was satisfied because the price was decent, the service received from the store saleperson was excellent, however some of the mattresses were quite dirty looking. I understand that the customer experience is essential as part of the process but some mattresses looked like they were past the point that they should have been replaced or at least turned due to the amount of people that had tried them. I undertsand that there is a balance to be had, cost v experience, but this personally was the reason for not being 'Highly' Satisfied.

Satisfied is an high standard. Rating highly satisfied can create poorer service. Dreams may lack in there customer service if always rated highly satisfied
