Dreams - Telford

We were greeted and then left to look around the store and try the beds. When we wanted help staff were available to help.

Unfortunately if we had known how long we would have to wait for delivery we would not have spent over 800 pounds with you.

We went into the store and chose a headboard we liked. We said we would like a divan with 4 big drawers. We were quoted a price for this. We then went next door to Benson for Beds to get a quote in order to compare prices. The assistant in Benson for Beds advised us that we could not have that headboard with 4 big drawers. We went back to Dreams to check, they were right. Bit disappointed Dreams did not have as good product knowledge. Also the transaction took a long time and the computer froze, so a manual application had to be completed. Apparently this is an issue they had experienced on this computer for afew days. It made checking out quite time consuming. Nevertheless the assistant, John, was extremely friendly and helpful. A credit to your company.

Nobodies perfect.

I believe that "highly satisfied" is not relevant in many cases of customer service. It is more important when customers are "less satisfird".

A minor issue perhaps but I do not like persistently being called ‘Miss’ Highfield when I am ‘Mrs’.

Only gripe was that we was hovering waiting for someone to help for around 20 minutes 3 kids in tow, not staffs faults they did all seem busy with other customers but I’d probably suggest that early afternoon on a Saturday would be busy.

Was left alone for too long and had to ask for assistance when we got assistance just too while to get any
