Most things were fine but I disliked the personal chat between Dreams staff. Not only was there a staff member who seemed to be making a personal telephone call at the next desk but another staff member came and asked the man who was placing my order how he was/how his Christmas had been. Very disappointing and not professional. I was given a SleepPal (free), which I appreciated very much but on getting it home I found that I couldn't get the back off in order to fit the battery, couldn't then get the back back on when the battery was in place and couldn't get a Bluetooth connection between two smartphones and the device.

I thought the mattress was on the expensive side but hopefully it will be very comfortable and will be worth the money. When the mattress was delivered the young man explained I needed to air the bedroom for 2-3 hours to allow the smell of the Fire Retardant spray to dissipate. 24 hours later - the smell is still very strong and my son has not yet been able to use the mattress, so I am disappointed. He will not be able to use it tonight - night 2 - as the smell is just so strong. I am hoping that by tomorrow it will have gone but shall be contacting the Dreams store if not.

It took a very long time (45 mins) to complete the finance agreement - this was far too long and nearly put us off buying the mattress. This was not the staffs fault who were very helpful and apologised - simply the amount of time the process took.

I think the price is very high. But I needed a decent bed due to back problems. But did feel paying over one thousand pounds for a bed is a lot. Especially as basic guarantee only lasts a year

I would have a better price, as pensioners money is tight and I would have liked time to think about the amount that I was spending. Not the salesmans fault he was very helpful,we only came to have a look and get some prices were going to look at more bedshops,but my husband got fed up and wanted out so I had to make a there and then decision so I felt rushed, as I said not the salespersons fault. I finished up spending £1695.00.

There is always room for improvement. No one is perfect. There is always something else that could be done. It was nearly perfect but not quite.
