Two people in store. One with customer the free one clueless. Waited 20 minutes then got to see the other one. Even she wasnt upto speed.had to phone another store to answer our question

My husband and i found the store assistant Hayden extremely helpful and sympathetic as my husband is disabled. He did not rush us or pressure us at all . He answered all our questions and even remembered us from our visit last year when we purchased a bed for our son!

Difficulty in understanding the results of scanning data of me (Softness/hardness recommit) . And it take time to understand the clark told about bed warranty program.

prices that we were not made aware of - disposal of old bed and smart tv upgrade.

Spent more than I would have liked .. maybe some more stuff in on the deal would have sweetened it up . The service was outstanding

I was satisfied, just not highly satisfied. 2 reasons; one of the mattresses I tested was filthy! And there seemed no room for movement on the final price for the bed. I did not purchase a mattress on this occasion.
