I was happy with the 2 x beds and look forward to receiving them, but £60.00 per bed for assembly I thought was expensive and thus would like to have known this prior to sitting down and purchasing the beds

I did not rate highly satisfied as the service I got is what I was expecting and nothing above or beyond that. Delivery team did not take boots off when going on carpet and had to clean foot prints after. Bag over mattress was wet and dirty and I had to wipe muddy marks off walls etc

Highly satisfied in my book means exceptional service going above and beyond. I selected "satisfied" as I experienced good service. I selected "Neither satisfied or unsatisfied" as the value can not be determined until the product has been received an used for a while, The same applies to my answer for quality.
