• Children’s beds upstairs but no lift in store so had to leave pushchair downstairs. • Staff member seemed put out when asked for advice on mattress. • While processing payment another colleague was sitting at the other computer looking at her phone and taking selfies which I thought was unprofessional on a shop floor.
