Dreams - Telford

I am not a fan of shopping but have to say John at the Telford shop made it a very enjoyable experience. I was shown the options available whilst enjoying a coffee & at no point felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase. It is a friendly, relaxed atmosphere in the shop with a group of knowledgeable staff who have a sense of humour. When i need another bed there will only be one place i will go.

As stated already..never perfect..and have been sent feedback request before the mattress is delivered..

We were happy with our experience and Alex was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The answers for neither satisfied or dissatisfied was purely around the price, it was what it was and with it being the item we wanted we were prepared to pay the price quoted.
