I was highly satisfied because they took there time to understand what we wanted and even though the woman that helped us was new she was very good at her job and her colleagues where there to help if she needed.

Helpful staff no pressure to buy given space to decide

The Staff at the Telford branch were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were so unsure of what it was we were after, they helped us find the perfect bed and mattress, the acted very professionally. We couldn't be happier with out purchase and very much looking forward to it arriving. Thank you so much! You guys at Telford are a credit to Dreams!

Were given time to browse around before the assistant came to offer her help. We were grateful for this as we were struggling at that time.

Ryan at the Telford store was very friendly, and gave me chance to look around. I hate pushy salespeople, and he wasn't pushy at all.

We felt very welcomed by a very happy and cheerful Ryan. We already knew the bed we wanted after seeing it online, but Ryan helped us figure out which mattress would be best for us and we felt in no rush to make a decision. Overall we had a great experience! Would highley recommend!

The whole dreams experience was excellent nice friendly staff who was knowledgeable and offered friendly advice. We got offered refreshments and the staff was not pushy regarding the sale. We purchased our last bed from dreams and on this occasion we only went in to look at the beds as we don’t need it for 6 weeks however, we purchased the bed with undershirt and pillows to be delivered inn6 weeks. Will be purchasing my next bed from the same store when this one wears out. Happy customer.

We were impressed with the help given at 2 stores, Bobby at Bentley Bridge Wolverhampton, where we chose a mattress, but then we had to go on to another appointment, and at the Telford store where we chose the bed and headboard, where Claire was very helpful.
