the salesman was good did not try to rush us or too pushy enjoyed our visit and came away happy and with the item that we wanted this is not the first time we have used the store and will use it again

Choice available, allowed plenty of time to 'try' different mattresses and all questions answered re different types of mattress. Felt no pressure to buy, was allowed time and space to form my own decisions but advice was offered if requested.

Good service from a supportive knowledgeable assistant. No attempt to pressure sell (Or if there was it was well disguised!), answered our questions and ensured we got what we needed.

The sales assistant Archie was clearly highly knowledgeable about his subject and about all relevant aspects of the store and he showed precisely the right balance between 'giving me space' and offering genuinely helpful information. At checkout he was thorough, fast and highly competent. I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at your store. On a subsequent visit (to add a further item to my order) on 18 April Archie again exhibited all the above attributes and I also spoke to the manager, Hayden, who showed similar qualities. Thank you very much.

We found the product which suited us best at a price which was a little under our planned budget. Also, the gentleman who served us couldn't have been more helpful, and he devoted all his time just to us for the entire duration of our visit which was well over an hour.

We entered the Telford branch looking for a Tempur mattress, We were greeted with a warm welcome from Archie who was very welcoming and even offered a tea or coffee, He was very attentive through out with out being pushy, he gave us time to try each bed after explaining the ins and out of it , He answered every question we had brilliantly too , we decided to go with the cloud 21 mattress in the end on the 30 months 0% finance, We went through everything but it got referred due to recently moving house , He was very helpful all the way through the process keeping us up to date with the goings on. The atmosphere with in the shop was very warm and relaxing, Perfect for shopping for beds. We will be shopping at Dreams again.

Archie the sales assistant was as courteous and listened to what we required and led us to several alternatives and left us to decide which bed was appropriate for us.

Having had a bad mattress buy we explained what had happened and Archie listened to what we said and showed us what met our requirements.There was no pressure and no rush over choosing what was suitable for us.It was a very pleasing experience.

We were quite naive with regards to up to date beds, the assistant was very patient with us, very helpful & knowledgeable with regards to your products. We hope our new mattress is as good as we have been led to believe ---- tonight will be our first sleep on it, so we'll have to wait and see!!!
