The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful

Saw the bed we wanted as soon as we walked into the store. We were given time to look and then Hayden who was one of the staff came over and answered any questions we had. We had seen a bed in Another nearby store that was similar and a bit cheaper. He phoned up and managed to price match them which we thought was excellent service. We decided to go ahead and purchase the Dreams bed as to be honest we did prefer it. We liked Hayden's manner and found him extremely helpful and not pushy at all. The sale was quick and easy and delivery is on a day convenient to us. Another plus is the fact that they assemble the bed for you. Can't wait for it to arrive. Thankyou very much Dreams!!!

Staff was knowledgable, helpful and took time explaining the different types of matress to us. No high pressure sales pitch was used and because of this we decided to purchase a matress.

Claire who served me was very knowledgeable about the beds on offer. I was very confident in her ability to sell me a product.

The Dream Colleague that greeted us was friendly and efficient. He quickly established what we were looking for and he imparted his knowledge about the products in a 'user friendly' easy to understand way. Our intention was to visit the store, find what we wanted and then try and get a better deal online. It was John's helpfulness and manner that made us to go ahead with a purchase there and then - he wasn't pushy, just very helpful. Dreams was the first store we visited, but because of the service we received we decided we didn't need to go elsewhere.

Archie, the man who served us was very professional and pleasant. He totalled up my products and gave the best discount he could. Even though i would have liked a little more discont as the introductory price for the bed was 899 and I was paying 1099. But I am happy with the service and I am delighted at the delivery options, Next available date was 1 week away, I was expecting to wait up to 6 weeks.
