I'm not very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and beds so the assistant hayden was advising me on how I sleep and my comfort which mattress was most suitable. I simply told him the colours and kind of bed I was Interested in purchasing and he found my perfect bed straight away. He was a very happy worker with a lot of time for me And my needs.

This is now the 4th bed plus other products i have bought from dreams over the years and i must praise your staff on every visit i have been greeted with smiling staff who don't put any pressure on you and nothing is to much a problem for them thank you and i will be calling again in the near future.

Staff couldn't do enough for us, he was very knowledgeable and made a great cup of tea

Just enough input from the salesman without being overpowering.

Friendliness of staff, without being pushy.

My husband and I had been to the store a few weeks before and the assistant Hayden had recognise us even tho it was not him that had help us on that accastion Hayden Help us to make our discussion as it was a bed for our spare room and won't be getting a lot of use so the service was a 100% and a very friendly assistant

We were not pounced upon on entry but asked whether we required assistance after we had been looking round your assistant was helpful with the questions asked and when we had decided our requirements the order was delt with speed speed and efficiency we were offered coffee but declined. The product was delivered on date and on time.

A very helpful staff who were very good in explaining the differant types of matresses and understanding our needs ia all a very good and friendly service thankyou

We were greeted by a member of staff on entering the store and offered a coffee/tea. We were then allowed to browse but assistance was offered as soon as we needed it. The member of staff took time to understand our needs and find a suitable bed, bedding etc.

Salesman was friendly and informative and guided me through a process of trying out various mattresses until I was satisfied that I had select the right one for me.
