We were highly satisfied because Archie knew what he was talking about and we did not feel under pressure from him he was very pleasant & cheerful, we would be very happy to deal him again.

I told Assistant exactly what i wanted & he said it was only available on line. He showed me similar so i could test firmness of Mattress & then ordered it for me on line.

Very friendly helpful staff felt very comfortable with them was even given coffee lovely atmosphere in store this is second time I have used the store at bridge retail park Telford will do again

John was very helpful, he listened to us and showed us various different types of mattresses.

We explained what we wanted to the very friendly assistant John. He had lots of knowledge and showed us exactly what we wanted. He was very quick and efficient.

The assistant was fully knowledgeable on the products we requested and was very quick to assist with any questions we asked. I bought my last bed from Dreams 10 years ago and will buy my next bed from Dreams in 10 years time. Job well done.

Archie was very helpful and pleasant in his manor and helped me find the bed and wardrobe I wanted at a suitable price and the items are excellent products that I havent found anywhere else.

The customer service was excellent. We had our two young children with us and the gentleman that served us (Hayden, Telford store) was very good with them, giving them a balloon each and reassuring us that it was OK when they became a bit excited & started running around.
