The sales man Hayden was fantastic could not have had a better shopping experience even though it was a low value sale he gave me his full attention, credit to your company.

The assistance given was friendly and helpful. I felt that my requirements were considered fully and the best solution was offered. The experience was very pleasant, and the resulting purchase was just what I needed

The staff in the store were all very good at tentative & friendly & well informed about the products they were selling. The Bed is yet to be delivered so I can't comment on the actual purchase yet.

THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF MEMBER WHO WAS HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE AND NOT THE LEAST PUSHY. HE EXPLAINED THE ALTERNATIVE CLEARLY AND WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT WHILST WE DELIBERATED OVER TWO DIFFERENT MAIN CHOICES.

My mum asked me to take her to find a mattress as shes's suffering badly with her arthritis and having problems sleeping and getting comfortable so off we went to dreams. From the moment we arrived Archie & Hayden the two lovely gentlemen working that day couldn't help enough we were approached and asked if the was anything they could assist with and we said we were happy to try and few for comfort, Archie explained what all the different colours etc meant so off we went with a pillow he handed us to try, after about 20 mins we finally Found a gel mattress we thought was perfect! All the features were explained and my mum surprised me and asked what kind of deal he would do for 2 of them! One king and one double! We got an amazing deal with delivery! Very happy ladies at this point we all had a bit of banter which made us very happy to part with £1220! I've even spotted a bed I will be saving up for in the near future. We are both counting down the next few days until it's delivered Saturday. We were also told we have 40 days to decide if it's the one for us incase we would like to return but I'm pretty sure they are perfect! Thank you dreams. Danielle & Yvonne x
