I thought I had made my choice online and so went in to check it out with husband. I didn't realise choosing a bed would be so difficult! The assistant Claire was excellent throughout the 'ordeal' - 8 month pregnant customer who was having a meltdown over picking the right bed.... She was patient, helpful as very knowledgeable and did all she could- and got us the perfect bed at a good price. Incredibly pleased with the standard of service she provided. Oh and having customer toilets also v helpful in my case!

They gave advice on available colours of the headboard to match the bed

I could collect some oft order direct and the mattress will be delivered very soon. Got a good deal on all products bought

I located the items I wanted to look at easily. The assistance I was given was fairly prompt after entering the store and very helpful.

The staff were very helpful and flexible. We were pleased that although the bed we wanted was discontinued we were offered the display version and the staff helped to check it over to ensure we were happy.

We visited a few stores looking for a bed, the store in Telford were the friendliest, helpful and attentive. The other stores could learn a lesson from them.
