Easy process, knowledgable staff, happy with my order!

John was very helpful in explaining the adjustable beds.

As my husband and I visited Dreams in Telford they were very friendly and helpful. John who served us had great knowledge on the products we looked at purchased. Very happy with customer services we received.

It was our first time buying a bed, so we had no idea what we were really meant to do or what we wanted from a bed. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and put us at ease but then also when we were looking, they left us alone to think and try the beds, which was a really good thing as we didn't feel pressured at any point to hurry and make a decision. We left feeling very happy with our purchase.

Your assistant,John, was very helpful. Listened to us when we expressed our needs, and replied with product knowledge, telling us in plain language about the product. He made our visit enjoyable.

I was given all the help I needed by a friendly and patient colleague with a wonderful sense of humour! The slight downside was that I wanted a small double bed and mattress and these were not available in-store, though I realise that these are not popular with most people.

We were highly satisfied due to the customer service we received whilst instore from the staff, all our questions were answered and we received plenty of time to make our decision without being co hurst and rushed. We were more than happy to make our purchase there and then.

We went in already knowing which bed we wanted, we went over to the bed and Claire, the assistant who worked there, came over strait away asking if we needed any help, we explained what we wanted and took us to see some mattresses, she was extremely helpful and knee what each product had to offer, when we sat down to place our order we were offered a hit drink. We were very pleased with the service throughout :-) would definitely recommend dreams to friends and family.
