very fast easy transaction. Hayden, our assistant, was very helpful and understood our needs. He pointed us in the right direction of what he thought we needed immediately and within about 5 minutes we were well on our way to purchasing a new bed. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bed.

As I wasn't sure exactly sure what I was looking for, Claire who looked after me was a great help. Knowledgeable, friendly and a good sense of humour made her a pleasure to be around as I purchased my new mattress. She's a credit to your company.

I entered the store to get some information on storage beds. John was extremely helpful and showed and explained the different options available. He asked if I was interested some bargain bedding offers they currently had. The prices were fantastic , so I made a purchase.

Very frindley explained what was right 4 U.S.

We had the full attention of the salesman who listened to what our needs were. He patiently assessed the benefits of drawer storage as opposed to lift up beds and went through the options of the position of the drawers. He did not pressurise us to buy a dearer bed than we wanted to. Helped my husband to buy a new pillow and choose colour of bedhead and divan base. Felt more like a friend than a salesman. Well pleased.

From entering the store we were greeted by Hayden who asked our needs, explained all the different ranges of beds and left us to try to our hearts content. When we required assistance Hayden was there to show us the range of Tempur Beds and we were able to enjoy a demonstration with drinks for the whole family. I personally couldn't decide which mattress I wanted and was at no time ever pushed into buying the one I didn't want. All options were explained if I chose one and didn't like it within 40 days I could change my mind. We finally made our choice after some time and having been looked after the whole time sat down to make payment and advised of delivery eat, to my amazement our Bed is going to be delivered only 2 weeks after purchase. Very happy customers.

The sales assistant (Hayden) was exceptionally friendly. He really made me feel welcome in the store and I felt he took the time to listen to my requirements and tried to accommodate me and my budget as much as possible. I was very pleased with my purchase and look forward to my bed arriving. I would definitely return to the Telford store in the future.

We were served by Archie who was extremely helpful, he left us to browse as we wished but was on call for any questions we needed answering. He wasn't pushy and we found that refreshing.
