Great friendly service from staff. Didn't realise Dreams offered military discount and Hayden mentioned it straight away once he realised my delivery address was a military address. Saved myself £40 - bargain!

We were really satisfied as we received brilliant advice from John, he wasn't pushy, very friendly and had a great amount of knowledge which helped us select the right bed for us. He left us to decide for ourselves but was on hand to tell us what each type of bed was like for our needs.

I found the salespeople very helpful,courteous and friendly. Not pushy!! The furniture is value for money especially when you are buying many items of bedroom furniture. The 3 for 2 offer was an advantage for us as we ordered 6 items. The coffee was good as well 😀

Archie was very helpful, polite, informative and had a good sense of humour. Bed chosen wasn't in store but spent time ringing around other stores. Very impressed. A credit to your company
