Our assistant, John, was polite and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. He assessed our needs and pointed us on the right direction.

Hayden was very helpful. He listened to my needs/preferences and gave relevant useful advice on the bed and particularly mattress choice.

On entering the store we we're greeted with a good morning can I be of any assistance, we said we would like to look around without any hassle which the salesman agreed and said when we found what we wanted give him a call and he would explain all about the difference between the numbers for firmness etc. We found him very helpful and knowledgeable .

Claire the assistance was extremely help, friendly and knowledgeable during our visit.My mother who placed the order was set in mind what she wanted , however Claire carefully insured that my mother tried all options to ensure she bought precisely what she needed.She was friendly and extremely patient with us at all times.When time came to complete the sale she allowed my mother all the time to gather her self before explaining the sale/purchase procedure to ensure she knew every step.She finally made she that my mother, who is also recently became a widow and this is the first major purchase she has had to make on her own in 57 years, that she was happy with the bed ,mattress and headboard. Great customer service we were advised and helped all the way through our order but at the same time didn't find the staff too pushy we were able to make our minds up in our own time with no pressure

The guy who served us was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Only issue is having to answer the same old questions - no we won't recommend you to a friend because we have no friends still alive.
