Colleague approached offering assistance and listened to my requirements, then left me to browse as per my request but was available to answer further questions and make recommendations based on what I had said earlier. It was obvious she had taken on board what I had said, the whole process was quick, efficient and friendly from start to finish, very impressed with the quality of service. I have used Dreams the last 4 times I have needed to purchase beds/ matresses/ bedroom furniture and would not go anywhere else as I know I am getting excellent quality

Excellent product knowledge. Saved £500 from a quote from Tempur. Being delivered within a week and I particularly like the fact that our old mattress which is about 5yrs old is not just being taken away and disposed of it’s being recycled into new mattresses! Nice friendly personable staff who made us feel like they didn’t just want to sell us something they wanted to make sure we got the right thing for us.

We were served by Ryan,who was very helpful and gave us honest answers to all of our questions.This is the third time that we have shopped at Dreams and we have been very pleased with our shopping experience every time.The computer gave us a list of matresses to suit our profiles,but we had already made our choice after talking to Ryan,the computer just confirmed we had made a good choice.The Manager was very helpful and all of the staff were friendly.

We found the stuff to all be friendly and helpful without being pushy. The lady who served us told us we were only her fourth customers and she was lovely, helpful and friendly. She had another colleague sat next to her who helped when she got stuck, again really friendly, and he didn’t take over too much when she asked for help. The team work was nice to see. Everything extra was explained to us in a easy to understand way without any pushing to buy it.

We knew what type of bed we wanted and were shown lots of examples and prices and finishes, with no pressure to buy. In fact we left the store and looked at another stores beds but the quality and service was not comparable.

Your sales person was very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful in helping us to find the best product
