The assistant was very knowledgable and gave us time to look around without constant interference.

Archie welcomed me to the store, listened carefully to what I wanted and offered me tea or coffee giving me a chance to try out various mattresses. He explained the different make up of each mattress and once I had decided which one I wanted to buy took me through the buying process very efficiently. I am looking forward to the delivery of my new mattress on 6th October. Archie is a credit to the Dreams company and I have no hesitation recommending Dreams to anyone and everyone.

The store manager, Hayden, was very knowledgeable and easily helped us in choosing the right combination of bed and mattress. He was able to give accurate delivery dates and was even able to give us a discount which certainly helped us to decide on buying from Dreams. The only reason we have said we wouldn't use this store again is that we are moving away from the area with a couple of weeks and are unlikely to need another bed in that time!

John was so helpful and asked what my needs were and understood completely ,John took the time to show me the range of beds and explained clearly and precisely the difference in mattress I.e the gel and memory foam this guy did not just want to sell and get the next guy in he cared about what I needed a real credit to your company

I walked in the store and it was very clean and tidy . I had a warm welcome. On the 20/9/15 the store manger was very kind and helpful and very good sales man.
