Friendly and very knowledgable salesman. I knew what product I wanted and he was able to show me straight to it and answer all my questions to his best ability. He didn't drive the hard sell routine, I felt comfortable and happy to place my order there and then

Archie the sales man made our experiences very positive one. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He was extreamly helpful and was not at all pushy. I will be recommending family and friends come to see him if they need a new bed!

After visiting several other shops in Telford we arrived at Dreams. The sales person, Arthur, was extremely knowledgeable & very helpful. The product met perfectly the requirements of the type of bed we were searching for. Overall, an excellent shopping experience & we shall return again.

I did a lot of research on the Internet and came up with several choices. The man in the store showed me all but one, which was only available as an online purchase. I tried my choices and in the end chose the one that I had mainlined on. I hope that I get the chance of a further survey covering delivery.

Your employee Haydon at the Telford branch was very knowledgeable,friendly and approachable. He was not pushing for a sale like we had experienced in other bed stores that day. He was genuinely interested in or needs and recommended a matress accordingly.

I called into Dreams to look at the bedding. There was a sale at the time and the assistant was very helpful in showing me the various offers. I was really impressed with sale prices for quality products.

The salesman knew the products and was able to guide me on options having agreed price range and size, plus let me know quickly about availability and other specials around purchase when we had narrowed down. My wife has always used Dreams in London for beds and mattresses where we live, so this was first time I had handled transaction directly outside London.
