Staff were available without being overbearing. Gave the company message/speal without sounding as though they were bored stupid. Gave advice on how to dispose of old mattress; giving all options not just the company option.

Archie the customer service gentleman was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the product purchased he did not pressurise us in any way and gave us plenty of time to view the product he was very knowledgeable and friendly which helps a great deal when you are considering making a substantial purchase.

Assistance came imediately on entry and John was very intune with our requirements,he new the products,had lots of information,was friendly as was other assistant.Made us feel confident in placing an order,now all is left is for product to be suitable for our needs

My daughter saw the product on your website and went to store to purchase. She spent about £3,500 with you a few years ago hence her return to you. She is moving with her 4 year old and 6 month old to her own property to escape a violent relationship. The staff, Claire and the manager were wonderfully helpful and considerate. I have just left 33 years in sales and customer services and your staff have restored my faith in humanity. Please let them have my feedback. This wasn't a massive sale for them but they did everything they could to help her under the circumstances. Very pleasant and helpful assistance disappointed with the sale discount. Said up to 50% only got 5% after persuasion!

Went to the store to buy a 5 foot mattress and wanted the same one as we already have in 4 foot 6 inch because we really love it. Checked with store assistant which was the right one and he looked back on the computer to check what we purchased 5 years ago. We were able to buy the same product but in the larger size again so very pleased. Able to choose a delivery date which was convenient for us. As changing to a 5 foot bed also need new duvet and some new pillows. Store was having a clearance sale of ex display items so purchased some reduced pillows and a duvet at a very low cost. Also purchased some full price pillows and the assistant took time to explain the range.

Hassle free. Helpful and knowledgeable staff but not over powering. Broad choice set out in a helpful manner that made choice making easy.
