I was given all the help I needed by someone who knew the products. He then stepped back to give me time to think about my purchase. I did not feel pressurised to buy. I also feel I was given the correct advice to make the right choice.

The staff was very helpful

The sales assistant whom I think was called Arthur gave us his patience and time ,we were difficult customers because we knew we wanted a bed but not really what we wanted.His patience was ten out of ten,he knew his products and we were satisfied buying a product more expensive than we expected but which will definitely be a fantastic purchase .Thanks to all the staff at this store,we were ther nearly two hours and came out totally satisfied,more than you could say for Aln Ward whom we had visited earlier,well done Telford Dreams,keep up the good work.Jenny and John.

From when we arrived in the store, we was welcomed from an assistant named John, who was very helpful and answered the questions we needed. Excellent knowledge, and that was great for us to purchase our new bed and mattress. We visted stores before dreams, but think we saved best to last.

Very pleasant & helpful not pushy staff either allowing me to view & test products on my own & then being available to discuss & deal with my purchase, just found the delivery charge slightly over priced plus being charged to take away my old mattress, though the delivery charge came to an agreeable amount we declined to pay for our one to be taken away.

Very welcoming friendly staff who were not too pushy. They welcomed us as soon as we walked into the store. They asked what we were looking for and showed us to there location. We tried the different mattress and the assistant left us to chat. We made the purchase including a couple of pillows. The assistant had a great rapport with us, they made the whole experience very relaxing, they certainly went one step beyond and gave exceptional customer service. I would certainly recommend Dreams to anyone. A very satisfied customer

The gentleman who served us ascertained our needs and was able to inform us of the range of products available and those mattresses that would best suit those needs. We were given the opportunity to test the products within our price range. It was so refreshing being listened to and not being given the hard sell into buying something that wasn't right for us or something we couldn't really afford. I wish more places would listen to the customer and tailor their advice accordingly. John, the Colleague who served us, was friendly, knowledgeable and really helped us choose a product we are pleased with.

You had what I wanted

Excellent customer service. Arthur was excellent, not pushy, very helpful and good product knowledge.... All with sense of humour. On second visit I spoke with store manager Hayden and Arthur and they were both friendly and quick to sort out my purchase... Again all done with humour which was excellent
