Even down to moving a mattress for us to try. There was no pressure. Archie was very helpful.

Went to dreams today not to buy but just to look but after speaking to Archie the sales guy and seen how helpful he was I knew I wouldn't find anything better quatily and service..

the assistant answered all our questions and was very helpful and friendly

Hayden/Archie served us and very quickly took us to and explained the various beds that would suit our requirements and it became quite obvious which was the best for our needs for price and quality, so well done.

Archie, the Sales Assistant, who served me was very knowledgeable, and explained all the different types of mattresses and beds available. He showed me what I might be looking for after I explained my specific needs to him. He was very relaxed and did not pressure me in any way. I did go away and look at other beds available in different stores. But came back to Dreams because I was impressed with his salesmanship and the price match he was able to offer me.

We were returning customers because we received excellent customer service from the sales representative. Again he was really helpful and his product knowledge was excellent. We are thinking of returning again to buy a bed for our son.
