Dreams - Telford

I came in for an Ottoman bed and mattress as I've just recently moved into a new house. This visit I only purchased the mattress as I haven't got the money for both at the movement. I was approached by a guy called Archie, from the get go he was friendly and helpful. I cannot fault him in anyway, he helped us as best he could we tried out loads of different mattresses he explained all their differences and prices, he was great! He even left us for a few minutes and wasn't pushy at all, I couldn't have wished for better customer service and I'd recommend dreams to anybody. He even gave me discount on delivery! Very happy :)

Have always dealt with Haydon at the store and have always received excellent service from him. On the occasions I have visited and askes to see him but he has not been on duty I have also received excellent service from his colleagues.

Hayden was very knowledgeable and guided us to various mattresses that were within the price range we had specified allowing us to try the different styles and explaining the differences. He had quickly identified the fact that we had no set idea of what we wanted or what we were doing.

The assistant Claire was very helpful and took her time with us. We were there to buy a single bed for our 4 year old and I really wanted a decent high quality mattress that would last. She showed us a number of options and talked us through all the payment options available. She didn't rush us or make us feel pressured in any way. We left after ordering a brilliant bed for our son and Claire also found us pillows and a duvet too. Very satisfied :-) A+++

We were highly satisfied with our experience at our local Dreams store because of the friendliest and most helpful member of staff Archie, Arthur. He could not do more for us and was very knowledgable about the product we were purchasing and the different options available to us such as the products, the finance options and the cover we could take out to protect our purchase.

John the sales assistant who looked after us was extremely knowledgeable about the products, he took time to ask us what we were looking for and showed us several options, we did not feel that there was any pressure placed upon us to order, indeed we did say that we were also going to look at other stores to compare prices and quality, we did this and returned to Dreams as we felt that the service offered and the professionalism of John was better than your competitors this together with the price range is why we placed an order
