Ryan was very attentive our needs. He introduced us to the sleep master machine and then showed us around the store allowing us time to try the different mattresses. He offered us a drink and made us very comfortable and happy with our choices.

the service in store was world class and the atmosphere the staff and manager created for the customers was something I have not ever experienced! went on the sleepmatch machine and got given a pillow to take around to try the beds and then even got made a lovely cup of coffee! it was amazing! thank you to harj and the team, you truly went above and beyond and ticked all the boxes I needed ticking
