We were attended to by Hayden who was as helpful as anyone could expect. His knowledge of the beds in store was amazing. We were not rushed at any stage and given ample time to experience the comfort of as many beds as we cared to try out. He offered us a choice of drinks and we both had a lovely cup of tea. Occasionally he left us to discuss the merits of the beds in privacy which made us feel that we were not being pressurised into a purchase. As we drove away we both agreed that the whole process had been a pleasurable experience.

I was greeted with a warm genuine smile from Hayden in the Telford store. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for but he talked me through my options and budget and I came away feeling very happy with the bed I had purchased. I was also able to fit a delivery date to suit. I am looking forward to having a bed for guests to stay over.

Hayden the salesman at your Telford store was brilliant and spent time listening to what we wanted both individualy and collectively as my partner does suffer with a bad back so whilst I knew I wanted a bed with storage and a show stopper the other half's needs were equally important, he made suggestions and let us try out lots of mattresses and let us take our time with this and was never pushy we went on to purchase a new bed, mattress and side tables. And your 40 days mattress replacement was important to us and why we initially choose to review the products in your store. As a working couple with a young child we are always trying to cost cut but when you spend so much time on your bed and require a decent nights sleep it was important that we purchased quality and I certainly hope this proves to be the case when we take delivery or our order. The only thing I could moan about as again always wanting more for our money is having to pay a delivery charge when we were spending what I deem to be a lot of money already

Very helpful assistant gave us the information that we were looking for and gave us the time to ourselves to pick and choose and be picky. Very helpful and patient. Great customer skills which is so very valuable in this day. I feel 100% confident that I have chose a fantastic bed with guidance.
