Dreams - Telford

We were served by John. He explained the different types of mattress to us and we discussed the most likely type that we would want. After we had had a good look round, we discussed our 'final few' and he was able to discuss the advantages of each mattress. He was not pushy and left us alone to make the decision.

Friendly service, not too overpowering.

We had a problem with the Telford Dreams quite a few years back and have not returned to Dreams until this visit. The assistant was very understanding and quite shocked at what we told him about our previous experience. He was very apologetic and seemed to go above and beyond to help us out.

Hayden at Telford was everything a sales person should be. He was very knowledgeable and available for us when we needed advice but at the same time did not crowd us and allowed us to take our time. I looked on the website but some of the beds were not available for us to try which was a pity as we ended up paying more then we expected to. The mattress we bought felt really comfortable and since buying our last bed there are more types to choose from.

Assistance was very good and understanding as we only purchased a entire bed one year ago but I cannot get on with the Tempur mattress. they did everything to help.

We were met by Claire who had the happy knack of being attentive and yet unobtrusive. Her product knowledge was excellent and she appreciates that the range of product available does not make for a quick decision. Claire continued to give us space throughout, was patient and yet ready to support us with her experience. She is a credit to Dreams. Buying a bed constitutes a major purchasing decision and Dreams has a super range of product, displayed to the optimum and supported by understanding and knowledgeable sales personnel.

There was at no time any pressure placed on us to buy but we were helped with answers to all of the questions we asked. Coffee was offered and we felt at home with the staff. I went in looking for advice on a mattress to replace our previous Dreams purchase of 14 years ago and ended up buying two new mattresses
