The over all I've been back twice now and every time ive had good service And I would probably use dreams again and again I've been to other places and I find them good Quality

Out of three places, dreams beds were displayed in a way that meant we could see the features of each bed easily. Also prices were competitive, and the mattress we chose should be very comfy.

we found John the assistant very knowledgable and friendly. We were given information that helped us in making the decision. Would defiantly return if we consider another bed for our spare room .

My husband and I visted Telford store with our son. We were approach in a timely maner (not pounced on when entering the store which is great as this puts us off and we would have left and gone to Bensons) by Archie Roberts. Archie was very friendly and listened to all our requirements making recommendations where necessary. Unfortunately, the item we wanted to order was blocked. Archie made phone calls regarding this and offered to call us as soon as bed was un-blocked. I queried that the item we required was in the sale (£100 reduce). Archie assured us that we could purchased at sale price once in stock. On 28th January I had not heard anything so I looked on line and it was showing available so I called Archie. He was not aware of this and checked he agreed but his system was still showing blocked. again Archie made calls on our behalf came back to us and explained that it would be unblocked in a few days and on line was a kind of pre-order system. He again agreed to call us. As expected we received a call stating in stock. I advised personal circumstance change (wheelchair purchase for our son) he agreed 20% dep & 30months 0% this was a huge relief. Thankscouldn't ask formore.

we needed a new mattress and as soon as we walked in the store it was relaxed. Archie came over to us after a short while, asked what we were looking for specifically. spoke about the mattresses in the sale right upto the tempur mattresses. He left us alone to discuss and then when we had decided he came back to us. very professional, gave choices of dates, options to pay. within 5 minutes the booking had been made and a delivery date given. very happy and would definitely use dreams again.

Archie was extremely helpful. It didn't matter that we ended up buying a cheaper product that one we first chose, he was still great

Our assistant Archie was very helpful without being forceful. It was an enjoyable shopping experience because Archie was knowledgeable and described and explained the products we wanted to see very well indeed.
