Archie, the sales guy who dealt with us, was extremely patient and helpfull, we never felt pressurised to buy and, with his help and insight, bought exactly what we were looking for.

Excellent customer service. Archie was extremely helpful and had a very cheerful disposition. We found the service to be of help without being pushy, allowing us time to look around and giving advice on suitable products as required.

The Dreams Colleague did not pressurise us as we visited the store, but let us know that he was available if we needed assistance, so we were able to walk around and view and try out various beds. When we needed advice, he came immediately and helped us select the correct firmness. He then left to make us each a cup of coffee. Only when we were satisfied with our choice, did he take us to the desk to place the order. We enjoyed a bit of banter which ceased immediately so as not to distract us, when the purchase form was offered for signature. A handshake at the completion ended an enjoyable experience.

John was helpful, not pushy and just sorted out quickly what we needed. Nice and easy to sort.
