Sales assistant were not pushy and didn't crowd us as the customer. We were left to our own devices to make our own minds without feeling flustered or rushed and this was very much appreciated.

Very pleasant sales man. When we were told that they wanted £39 for delivery and we were already paying £39 for our old mattress to be taken away, I pointed out that the delivery was free online so he gave us free delivery to match the online offer.

Archie was very helpful and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want,as can happen in some stores.Checking our credit rating seemed to take a long time,apart from that entering our order was fairly straight forward.

With the assistant we found a headboard that we hadn't even thought of.

Claire was very helpful and friendly. I asked her advice and opinion in relation to my purchase, which helped me to decide.
