The store manager Hayden Winter was fantastic....polite...knowledgeable...nothing was too much trouble for him...Great sense of humour made us welcome.

John was most helpful and informative and a pleasure to deal with.

Always very cheerful and friendly staff Archie is well known to us particularly as we have always shopped at this store the speed of the delivery time is exceptional and there is just no pressure to ask advice, look yourselves or simply be left to think about it.

Member of staff (Archie) made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived in store. He didn't pressure us but asked us what are requirements where. He then took time to let us sample products fetching the required pillows for us. He told us about the products in detail too

we found what we were looking for and the advice we received was very professional and helpful, we were not put under any pressure by the gentleman on the shop floor who left us alone until we asked his advice.

I saw John on my visit to store he was very understanding and patient as we had our 2 year old with us on the visit, he wasn't pushing for sales like other shops we had visited, his knowledge of products and what would suit us best due to weight and size was brilliant

The manager was most helpful & knowledgable. He encouraged us to try several mattresses to ensure we could tell the differences between them, and to help us understand our particular needs.

Really pleased with the level of service provided by Hayden. This had been our third visit to the store to choose the right mattress for us. The assistants made our children feel welcome and we were not made to feel on edge. Hayden was particularly knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend Dreams to family and friends.
