because the assistant was very friendly and his in depth knowledge of the product was second to none.

The salesman (Archie) was approachable, more than helpful (as was his work colleague) both moving mattresses onto other divans to compare how the mattresses felt. He too, was neither 'pushy', in an eagerness to get a sale, nor continually lingering, but was 'visible' and to hand when needed. a smashing chap. Ideally we would have purchased a firm base in the product we purchased, but the company do not make one. What we did like about it, was the natural fibre content, and the fact that it had 6500 springs to the mattress- plus, the fact that it was made in England! very important to us when we try to buy anything.
