Dreams - Telford

The assistance i received was outstanding as they approached me instead of ignoring me when i was browsing. i told them what i was looking for from what i had seen on the website and was assisted to the mattress i wanted. I wasn't scammed into false information as you get in some companies. I was told what options i had after purchasing and if i needed further help or info, the store manager Hayden stated he will deal with any further issues himself. Both assistance's were very nice, chatty and i was made welcome with a hot drink. I also got to chose my delivery date which was best and due to my current housing situation they were both very understanding and shared their experiences. I had previously visited this store a few months ago and again was greeted well and was shown what i was looking for. This time i was ready to buy.

Archie, at the Telford Dreams store, came over within 5 minutes of entering the store, asked if we were okay and offered us a drink. We were browsing and he left us to it until we indicated we needed his assistance again. He was incredibly friendly, funny and high-spirited. He searched the computer system to get us the price for the bed frame I wanted and then proceeded to take us round the store so we could choose a mattress. Overall, the store was well presented and easy to navigate. I will definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family. We also ordered some wooden furniture, which the staff kindly carried to the car for us. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and jovial. We had a wonderful shopping experience, the service was exceptional.

Could not of asked for a nicer member of staff called John (validation code)068. He was a credit to the firm, pity there are not more people like him.
