Dreams - Telford

Had visited another retailer prior to going to dreams and they suggested there was very little choice available to us for what we wanted, walked into dreams was approached by a member of the store once we had had chance to have a quick look around. When I explained what I wanted he was very knowledgeable and pointed out two beds that could be suitable and then found out the cost and pointed out the features of each to aid our decision making.

The assistant gave us all the information we needed and was extremely helpful, there was plenty of products to choose from so finding the right bed was easy.

We liked the organisation of the products (mattresses) which were clearly labelled and enabled us to make a logical decision as to which we felt was appropriate to our needs. The sales representative was not overly forward in attempting to make a sale and we did not feel pressured and yet was well informed of the product and process. We also valued the 40 day trial period which competitors nearby were not offering. Generally the competitors displays of merchandise and knowledge was not felt to be as good.

Excellent assistance from store sales person knowleable about products available in store, not a pressure sales person but very helpful not wanting to sell top priced items but those suitable for our needs. A credit to your company, hang on to him there are not many about these days.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams, has salesman was not pushy just told about product, and let us think about it, didn't feel has though I had to make up my mind quick he was friendly think his name was John

The assistance was highly informative and friendly, we knew what we were after and the shop assistant gave us all of the information we needed, quickly and precisely. Was in and out in a flash. Very impressed and satisfied.

Arrived at the store having visited the furniture village shop nearby. Wow what a difference in the sales team. John was manning the store single handedly at the time but was very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. Not at all pushy like the furniture village people. We ended up spending 10 minutes in the store and we'd decided to purchase a new premium mattress. The one we'd previously bought from furniture village was failing after less than 12 months so we were sceptical but john was helpful
