Dreams - Telford

when we entered the store, the staff were busy with other customers. Arthur made a point of saying hello and welcomed us into store. We spent time trying out the mattresses and then went next door to Bensons beds. We went back into dreams and Arthur apologised for not getting to us first time and offered us a drink. The customer service was excellent. This is the 3rd tie I have bought from Dreams and have never been disappointed with any product.

The Sales Assistant Archie was excellent. He spent a great amount of time showing me all options and ensuring I was totally satisfied with the bed I purchased

The sales assistant John was very helpful and knowledge about the products on offer. We knew which frame we wanted but John helped us pick a mattress by explaining the different types available and allowed us to try each one out.

Was rather apprehensive that I might be subjected to a high pressure "sales pitch" not in my best interest - but I was wrong! I asked assistant Claire at the Telford store( for help - and she was very helpful.

We came to the store looking to buy a new mattress. John came over to ask if we needed help. I suffer from both back and shoulder pain so it was important to find a bed that would offer the right support. John was extremely knowledgeable and offered great advice about prices and the best deals. We were very impressed by the fact that we weren't rushed at all and that John was happy for us to keep going backwards and forwards testing and comparing mattresses. Once we had decided to buy the process was very quick and easy.

I was served in your Dreams store on Telford retail Park by a man called John. He was amazing in every way. Originally I only went in with my mother to help her purchase her new mattress. In the end we both walked out with a mattress each, 2mattress protesters and a pillow. I couldn't recommend him enough. A* Regards Jodie Prophet
