Dreams - Telford

We were very satisfied with our trip to the Telford branch today John helped us find the perfect bed, we started off knowing not a clue of what we wanted but buy the time he explained all the style of beds and matresses we were extreamly happy to of chosen our bed head board and mattress! Also to find out at the till we have 2 free gifts of a mattress protector and pillows! Thankyou very much John at dreams Telford we can't wait until our delivery!

We were shown the type of beds we were looking for and then left alone to decide. Once we had made our minds up the assistant was very good at giving us any information we required. There was no attempts to hard sell us anything we didn't want / need. The checkout process was excellent

We found what we were looking for and the delivery date was much earlier than we had anticipated.

An extremely friendly sales attendant explained the different offerings and talked me through what type of bed would suit my needs. He was there when I needed him and left when I wanted to discuss with my fiancé. Funny and offered us a drink. Lots of options and different beds in store to try out.

Member of staff, Archie, very friendly and made the whole ordering process very easy.

The Salesman, HAYDEN , was very quick to offer his expert & very helpful service - providing us with everything we needed for our first visit to the TELFORD showroom.

This is one of the few stores where you were asked what were you looking for , and not "let me show you what we have for sale" without asking relevant questions as to your needs .

Store layout was nice, Item I was after was easy to locate and there was a fair display on, to which Hayden came over and offered assistance, insisted i trialed some of the display item and offered me a drink.
