I explained what I was looking for and the gentleman who dealt with me was knowledgeable and helpful.

We were served by Archie in the Telford retail park store and he went above and beyond, even offering the loan of a mattress because there was a long waiting time for delivery. Since then he followed up and has now been able to move delivery forward and let us know - top quality customer service.

Good and professional service but this survey should be sent out after customers recieve their order.

we were well looked after whilst looking and discussing products as well as prices;the assistant did not try to fob us off and was very knowledgable when talking about the item that we reqired i could not fault any of what was offered and i am well satisfied.

This is the third bed we have purchased at the store in Telford and the staff are always very friendly and helpful this time was no exception I cannot fault the service we were given
