Dreams - Telford

Archie/Arthur was extremely helpful with demonstrating all of the products that I was interested in, I bought a bed and pillows from him. His expertise was very good.

I was very happy with all aspects of my visit to Dreams. The advise given by the staff member was excellent, I bought a bed.

The assistant was fully conversant of the type of product we were looking King for and did not pressure us into another product when our choice was unavailable, although we did purchase one of Dreams own brand

The store was bright & clean welcoming, staff Archie and Manager, Products clearly identified with pillow colours to match and soft to Extra firm. Having been into the same Dreams store quite a few years ago a total different experience. They were very helpful,smart, polite. We had also visited other competitors close by, but found better quality in the price range we were looking at. it took the Stress out of finding the bed we were looking for. We only went to look at a specific bed that I had researched online and had no intention of making a purchase. Archie, your adviser in the store, came to us to help and listened to what we had to say, he then suggested we try out the Tempur demonstration while he made us a coffee. He then spent some time suggesting different types of mattress to suit our needs. The previous day we had visited another shop (not Dreams) and seemed to spend ages and came out with nothing other than being totally confused, after about 30 minutes with Archie we had made a decision which bed to buy and also bought another base for our spare room. At no time did we feel pressured into making a purchase and he listened to everything we said.

On entering the shop I was approached with a warm welcome, and very detailed answers to all of my questions.. Further more, once I had found which mattress I that wanted. The shop staff were more than happy to help with putting the mattress into my car. A fabulous service.
