Archie was friendly and knew his products extremely well. Not pushy, polite and extremely informative

No pressure selling and very helpful salesman.

Sales person was not pushy.... I hate that! He was able to show us different options for the bed head we were buying.

The store assistant came over to me , asking if I needed any help & answered any/all questions I had. As I wanted an earlier delivery date, the assistant was able to provided different options, resulting in the delivery date I required

The staff were relaxed easy going and not pushy. Claire was both friendly and knew her products well.

i have always used dreams for my beds and matresses , very please with quality staff at telford store are always helpful , not felt rushed or pressured in to rushing the decision to purchase

I was able to take my time viewing the product I was looking for ... When I told the assistant what I was looking for she took into account my needs and assisted me to make the best choice suitable to me .... Once I chose what I wanted the process of the sale was explained to me and I was given the options that were available e.g disposing of my old mattress and insuring my new one .... The service was excellent

I was not hovered over whilst browsing the store. No-one tried to convince me to buy anything or spend outside my means, no pressure to buy anything. I was attended to immediately I asked questions, advice was given in a polite friendly and civil manner. Thus, I was very pleased with my visit. Will return when another purchase of this nature is required.

I visited the Telford store and found Alex to be everything a customer could wish for, nothing was too much trouble.
