The bed was found in the price and comfort bracket I was looking for.

The assistant approached us and told us she was there for any information we should need about any of the beds we were looking at and she advised us about several different mattresses and then left us to have a further look without any pressure to purchase. We went away to think about the bed we liked and I went back to the store a few days later to buy it. While in the store that day I also bought greatly reduced duvet covers which was brilliant.

Arthur our assistant was excellent polite,friendly &knowledgeable. Only drawback your store & online adverts do not say you charge for delivery & removing old mistress. This is left to the assistant who then takes the flack. Ours was great & polite. Don't know about quality of goods as they have yet to be delivered.

GOOD SERVICE

The greeting when entering was warming and friendly. We were left to browse at our own speed, not hassled in any way. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will most certainly shop there again when I require a new bed.

Hayden in store was very helpful but not pushy or trying too hard. He introduced himself before allowing us to have a look around by ourselves. He was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions competently. I was very impressed with everything.

Richard is my adult son with Down's syndrome. I was extremely pleased with Claire, the staff member, who helped Richard choose his own bed base, mattress and headboard. She was very knowledgeable about the products and made my son feel valued and at ease. She treated him as the customer without patronising him which was a refreshing change for us. With her help he was able to complete the transaction without parental support. We would certainly recommend Dreams to others based on this experience. Iwas not at all badgered in anyway to buy from you as clare was very helpful as i have had a lot of back problems with 4 operations on spine to date clare took the time and patience with me also she sold me 10 pillows to go with my new mattress.
