We were highly satisfied with our experience as upon arrival we were greeted by a member of staff 'claire' who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable about the products on offer. Dreams offered a wide range of products to choose from at excellent prices. During our visit we were able to ask Claire relevant questions of which she was able to answer in depth and at no point were we made to feel pressured or rushed to make a decision.

Claire was very helpful nothing was too much trouble, very pleasant and professional a pleasure to do business with.

Staff we're brilliant with helping me find a mattress to suit my back, due to having back pain. They also found some pillows to make sure they were the right puffiness for the mattress I purchased.

Our main contact was Archie I think that was his name but I'm sure you'll know from our order, I have previous Retail experience and my Wife works in HR, he is a credit to your Company, he was very professional but discrete when needed, his product knowledge was excellent, he made the visit fun too as did the rest of the Staff in store, the lady we spoke to via your online site was also very helpful, Beds are a difficult purchase but made very easy visiting your store, thank you.

Hayden approached me and asked if I needed help and offered me a drink. He spent a lot of time with me helping to identify the best type of mattress for me and explaining the differences and pricing. When I went back to the store a few days later he offered the same high level of assistance and helped me to make the best purchase to suit me and also my budget.

Archie, the colleague that we dealt with, was very knowledgeable, confident and helpful and found the ideal mattress for us very quickly.
