The assistant Claire was very helpful. Took time to understand what we wanted. Her product knowledge was excellent. She gave us all the information we needed and time to decide what we wanted by ourselves without any pressure selling.

Both of the staff that dealt with us were helpful and knowledgeable, and did not employ hard sell tactics. Only when we were ready did we discuss our purchase.

The staff were aware that I wanted to browse and they left me to do just that when I asked for assistance they were on hand and explained and answered the questions I asked there was no pressure they were just really helpful. If they had been over bearing or if they had followed me around the store I would have left and not returned. They made a good judgement

I was helped by Claire in the store on my visit, she was really helpful and for this reason I purchased from the store. I was looking online and my item was out of stock, she quickly found the item in stock and even gave me free delivery as I'd seen it online. I left the store feeling happy with the service she had given me and my purchase. So glad I went in to the store and sat with Claire.

Assistant Archie spent some timing showing me products and we were up and downstairs several times until purchase complete
