Everything was satisfactory,service exellent

On first entering the store we were met by Hayden who introduced himself and then proceeded to ask us if we required assistance, he then explained the difference between various mattresses and asked us to try various ones at our leisure. We then went elsewhere to see what they had in comparison, returning later to take a second look at what was available within our budget, we then got talking to John who again went through the different types of mattress with no pressure on us to purchase from Dreams. it was this non pressure approach that made our minds up to purchase from this store and we proceeded with the completion of the order. Two very satisfied customers, and we have already told friends of our experience in the shop.

I was greeted upon entering the store and told that if I needed help then to give the guys a shout. I liked this approach as it allowed me to browse around freely rather than being pressured by a sales assistant. When I'd chosen the mattress that I wanted, the assistance gave me a lot of information about the product and my different options. When I had made the decision to purchase I was made to feel comfortable whilst placing the order and the process was extremely easy. I'd looked elsewhere for a mattress but the experience I had at Dreams was better than I had anywhere else. Extremely easy!

Hayden is always very helpful recognized us as we walk through the door, as a loyal customer. Always offers us a drink and goes out of his way to assist us with our requirements.
