The assistant (I think his name was John) was extremely helpful and knowledgable on the beds and mattresses and explained everything in full when we asked questions about certain types. He showed us a few beds he thought we might be interested in from our descriptions and even showed us some online that were not in the show room so he was very knowledgable on the products. we even placed an order with him from one on the website! He was great and very friendly, as was his colleague who put our order through.

The assistance given by your Dream's colleague was exceptional. However, the system to obtain finance through Barclay's was frustrating to say the least. It took ages to complete, with, what seemed a plethora of irrelevant information and then to cap it all, when the process was almost complete the computer system crashed and we had to start all over again.

We had decided to buy a new bed, we had looked at several and wanted an honest no sales approach which is exactly what we got. We did make two visits to store and competitors, it was the honesty and friendliness which made us come back to place the order. The product is available elsewhere but we felt it the right thing to do when someone has shown that level of care.

There was only us in the shop, the assistant was very helpful, it was one of the easier shopping experiences.

we advised Archie of our requirements and he immediately offered us 4 products which were suitable . he offered advice and supportive knowledge , when required and , importantly ,gave us time and space , when appropriate . he also made drinks - very welcome .

The Salesman (Hayden), afforded my wife and myself plenty of time to explain each and every bed and mattress in order for us to select exactly the bed that was right for us.

We were met as soon as we entered the premises and directed to a number of mattresses and invited to test each one for comfort. the Sales Assistant responded to our comments but did not influence our choice , giving us options at every turn. He was very personable, having an easy manner. He was knowledgeable about the range of products available and we felt confident in our purchase
