The assistant was really knowledgeable of the products & supportive with the needs I had.

My husband and myself received a very warm welcome, all options were explained to us and we both felt how refreshing it is these days not to feel pressured into committing to a purchase! We were not rushed any didn't feel under any pressure at all.

Told the shop assistant what I was looking for and what budget I had to spend and he quickly escorted me to the mattresses I required without trying to sell me what I did not want or budgeted for excellent!

We had originally come in to Dreams Telford a few weeks earlier and chose which bed we wanted, after much procrastination and we came in to order the bed but it wasn't available until Jan. Archie in the Telford store gave us a great alternative that was close to our original choice and wasn't too much more money. There was no pressure to buy there and then. All our finance choices were clearly explained and there was no hard sell, which quite frankly would have put us off.

The store assistant,John,at the Telford branch,went out his way to ensure we bought the correct item that we needed,explained the differences between similar Items so we had a choice that suited us,there should be people like him in other stores it would make making mistakes a lot less likely....

The Dreams Colleague, Hayden, was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable, we have bought a bed previously from Dreams before and are still satisifed

The service was prompt and efficient and we were quickly able to choose the bed and furniture that we wanted.
