we were exceptionally pleased with the delivery men who were very helpful above and beyond the call of duty no marks anywhere it was Lee and another unlike my daughter who had a bed from bensons the same day scratched wallpaper up the stairs and also marked in the bedroom no care whatsoever this is the second bed from dreams would definitely recommend dreams to anybody

John was very attentive and displayed good product knowledge

The item wasn't displayed in store but Claire was extremely friendly and helpful checking to see if it was in stock and explaining the delivery date options.

We received help at the right moment ie once we had had time to look and had questions ready. Sales staff professional but not pushy so we felt at ease. We were encouraged to try the beds and John asked questions to better understand our needs. We didn't want to make a purchase that day but that was fine with John. Good discounts following Black Friday. Layout of store and colour coding of items made our choice easier - clear and no confusion. This was all explained.
