The assistant (Archie), was very helpful and friendly. and did not press us to buy anything which we did not want. He answered all our questions, and then gave us space and time to decide what we wished to buy.

The layout of the shop was great and very well kept. The staff on shift at the Telford store were lovely, and John who dealt with us gave us all the information we needed to make the right decision. Overall just was a good experience being able to browse ourselves and get help!

Dreams colleague was patient and listened to our needs. We never felt rushed but nevertheless there was no time wasted. He made suggestions which were valid and highlighted things we hadn't considered.

We wanted a specific Bed which Dreams had it was explained to us and it was in stock it also had an upgrade option which came free All in all very pleased with the service and a great Bed at a good price The staff were very helpful and polite
